I retained Musca Law for a traffic citation that I received while traveling in Florida. I was nervous about dealing with this because I am from NC and never received a ticket out of state before, but Musca Law was very good at explaining everything to me. They were very professional and did a great job communicating with me as my court date changed due to COVID-19. John Musca represented me in court and I am very happy with the results. No conviction, no points, so this did not affect my insurance! I highly recommend Musca Law if you need any legal help!

After the disappointing direction my previous attorney was heading, I did my research and decided to change law firms and hire Musca Law. They were confident, professional and obviously well known and respected in the local legal community. I’m a professional young woman myself and a felony conviction wound have ruined my career. Well, because of their persistence, they eventually beat my felony charge, and the case was resolved without any conviction whatsoever! Even after the case had been won, they spent time with me to make sure everything was in order. I would recommend this firm to anyone facing serious felony charges with a lot on the line.

My family and I are from Michigan and were vacationing in Florida when we got into a traffic incident. I was faced with some serious charges from the state in my involvement. So when we got back to Michigan my wife and I searched the internet for a law firm to represent me. Musca law was the first to pop up, and we went with it. Musca Law were exceptional and worked tirelessly to get my get my case dismissed. I didn’t have to appear in court even once. Lawyer was great! I was from New Jersey and had a disagreement with a family member on vacation and got arrested. Only in Polk County SMH. Musca team was responsive and ready for war. Case got dismissed and couldn't be happier. I will never visit Polk County again, however if you do and this happens to you please call Musca Law. Thanks for your help Musca Law!!

Musca Law Firm has very respectable and hard working Employees that get the job done in a very professional fashion. I hired a lawyer from this firm more than once, and was extremely satisfied with my results from my cases! Anytime I’m in trouble with the law, I know who to call, Musca Law. I’d also like to add the fact that when I was on a budget they worked with me on hiring prices so I could get the cheapest deal, and most excellent services. I am 60 years old with experience with other lawyers representing myself and family members in past. They have always been distant and uncaring... and i assumed this firm would be the same. I was wrong....Mr Musca contacted me personally after expressing my misunderstandings regarding my case. He conveyed his concern as to my receiving the best representation possible. To recieve this type of personal attention is a rarity these days. I have recently retained Musca Law to represent me. They heard my case, I retained them, & they went to work immediately. I was told I would hear from my lawyer the next day. She called me at 8pm the next evening to discuss my case and how to proceed. Working late to make sure her clients were handled. (I understand lawyers being busy with multiple cases, & being stuck in court during business hours) To top it off for great service I looked up my case and realize my lawyer filed paperwork the same day I retained her services. Literally typed up the documents and had them filed within a few hours of me retaining them, and it was the day before she had a chance to call me. Every interaction from this Law group has been positive and reassuring. I am so glad I retained Musca Law to represent me during this time. Their staff have been highly professional and they get the job done! Just hoping that everything continues with ease.
